We all know the importance of exercise for our health. But, do you guys know how to exercise ideally in order to achieve maximum results?
There is a formula for this, Oatlovers! Which is GTRM. Ever heard of this abbreviation? This term was popularized by the Association of Sports Doctors Specialist (PSDKO) Indonesia. In fact, GTRM is listed in the Practical Guidebook on Fulfillment of Fluid Needs in Physical Exercise 2014, Oatlovers.
Hmmm, curious about what GTRM stands for ? Here it is, Oatlovers! 🙂 #OatStyle
1. GOOD. Perform the sport in accordance to our health condition, to avoid bad impacts to our body.
2. TRUE. Sport is done in the right order; heating, stretching, core exercises, cooling, and stretching.
3. REGULARLY. Perform physical exercise according to the recommended schedule, 3-5 times a week.
4. MEASURED. Exercise according to the desired incentives (weight, medium or light).
