1. Don’t brush your teeth too hard

Our goal for brushing teeth is to remove dental plaque. However, if brushing your teeth too hard, friction can tear the gums and erode relatively thin tooth enamel. As a result, the teeth become more sensitive and can cause dental plaque to accumulate and harden which can result in gingivitis (gum inflammation).

2. Eat a healthy intake of gums, teeth and mouth

Eating strawberries is useful for removing tooth stains, because they contain malic acid which can clean the stains on the teeth. Oranges and pineapples also contain acids which can increase the production of saliva which is useful as a natural cleanser of the mouth and teeth. Sesame seeds are also rich in calcium which is useful for strengthening the bones of the teeth and nourishing the gums.

3. Flossing

Flossing will help clean up food debris in the cavity of the teeth and gums. Flossing also prevents inflammation of the gums, tooth crust can also be cleaned.

4. Don’t smoke

It is expected not to smoke, because it can spread black lips. Smoking can also cause gum disease and oral cancer, so you should develop a healthy lifestyle for not smoking.

5. Reduce acidic and sweet foods

Eating – sweet foods can cause perforated teeth, sweet and sour foods will be converted into acid by bacteria in the mouth which then gnaw teeth so that it causes cavities.
